Our Branch Loan Officer Assistant, Ashley Parr will be reaching out to you to make sure these documents are sent to us before we can proceed to do your Pre Qualification or getting your loan submitted to underwriting. Once we have the contract of sale for a purchase and the initial disclosures are signed, we will be transferring the file/loan to our Processing team as a hand off and they will assist you going forward on working on your conditions to get you to the closing table.

Self-Employed- 2 years personal and business tax returns. Business returns (Sch C, K-1 or Corp returns) and 2025 Year-to-Date Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet (signed & dated)
Assets: Gift, 2-month bank statement and Retirement Account statement, if have a Retirement Account.
Liabilities: Are we paying off any accounts to qualify?
REO (Real Estate owned) - property already owned: mortgage statement, tax bill, insurance & HOA annual statement- Please advise if have.
Insurance- Do you have a preferred insurance agent you want us to send out insurance quote request? (please provide (account# and or email address)
